For Crossbow in Telluride, the scope of work was intentionally focused but played an important role in strengthening the shop's brand recognition. HMDC developed a series of custom graphics for two distinct trucker hat designs, along with complementary T-shirt applications, creating merchandise that felt authentic to both the shop and the mountain culture that surrounds it. Rather than simply placing a logo on a product, the goal was to create designs people genuinely wanted to wear, pieces that could represent the brand both inside and outside the shop.

The resulting trucker hats quickly became some of Crossbow's most recognizable and successful branded products, helping transform merchandise into an extension of the customer experience. By creating apparel that felt connected to the identity of Telluride and the lifestyle of its community, the designs gave the shop a stronger visual presence while generating an additional touchpoint for customers to engage with the brand long after leaving the store. Sometimes the most effective branding isn't the largest project. It's creating the right product that people are excited to take with them.
